Here are the winners of the Shootout. In the Invitational: First place - Mark Leseberg; Second Place - Jason Noll; Third Place - Chip Hyde; Fourth Place Frazer Briggs; Fifth Place - Kurt Koelling.

The winners of the Freestyle: First Place - Gernot Bruckman; Second Place - Mark Leseberg; Third Place - Frazer Briggs; Fourth Place - Zak West; Fith Place - John Glezellis

Congratulations to all the winners!! It's great to see so many familiar faces up on those podiums! Great job to all the winners, and all the competitors too. This event featured the best of the best and some of the best flying we've seen in a while, even in the windy conditions.

We congratulate all competitors as well as Desert Aircraft on a successful contest! It's been an amazing week and we're working on getting all the media to you all that could not join us out here in Tucson. Keep an eye on FG!!

Trent, awesome flying!!! great job!!! Keep your fingers away from the CNC cutter next year.

SEG, great job. Too bad you had some bad luck on the finals.

DJ, great finish to a week full of problems.

Todd and Cody, you guys did a fantastic!!! You are the youngest ones up there, you'll be the ones to beat for a long time to come.

and, of course we can't forget RYAN ARCHER! Fantastic flying all year. Look for him on the podium in Invitational soon. The kid is a machine.
