 |  FGUMPKIN Carving Contest Starts NOW!!!!
Its FGumpkin Time!!!! Unless you have been hiding under a rock you know that this weekend FG is going to rock the ATL area with Hucktoberfest! Well we couldn't leave the people who couldn't make it to ATL out in the cold. Flying Giants is kicking off a 7 day contest. Thats right folks, the end of October is a great time to showcase your knife skills and carve up a nice big orange melon! This year Flying Giants wants you to dream up the most insane, scary, gory or funny sketch and carve it into a pumpkin. Get your creative juices going and put knife to melon. You want to showcase Max's white smile? PUT IT ON A PUMPKIN! You want to freak out your little sister? PUT IT ON A PUMPKIN! You want to show your FG Spirit? PUT IT ON A PUMPKIN! The contest starts NOW!!!!! It will end at Midnight on Halloween, October 31st. Pacific Time for all of you procrastinators. Photos must be of decent quality showing detail of the masterpiece. You can post multiple pictures of the same pumpkin if you want. Here's the kicker....To be eligible you MUST be holding the Pumpkin, showing your face while holding up your index finger (FG is #1). This is going to keep people from using some of the awesome carvings that have been done in the past. So Lets see them folks. Freehand, Stencil, Explosives, whatever....Post your melon pictures here. Multiple entries are accepted. Now GIT IT DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

I'm gunna try and get the knife out this weekend, but I have to work all day Saturday and Sunday, so we'll see if I can get one done!

The one in the photo was done a couple of years ago. Don't worry, I will be doing one for this year, but I can't win any of the prizes. Friday and Saturday I will be carving pumpkins. Saturday evening my daughter is getting married at my place in a Halloween wedding. We have over 80 pumpkins to play with. I'm sure that I can come up with something.
