QQ 49" Yak motor or ESC issue

I just completed putting the 49" Yak together. When I power up, the motor will start turning and work up until I reach 1/2 stick and then the motor stops. I am using a 3S 3300 mah LiPo. Any ideas why this is happening?

Hi Ultrasport1000,

I had to program the ESC for 3 cells right out of the package as I had the same issue. Once I did this the problem was resolved.
