I own 2 of the Bobcat models. They are OK. I won't say they suck, the instruction manuals SUCK but if you have built a few planes then it won't be a problem. Just fly the snot out of it. LJ

I have purchased both the Lancair and the Bobcat. The Lancair was sold to a friend , it lasted the 8 minutes on the first flight. I think the battery came loose. The Bobcat flys great with an OS 55, and balanced according to the instructions. One of my buddies has two Bobcats , one with a Tower 75 and the other has a Chinese turbine on it . The turbine has not flown yet but many have others have installed turbines with good sucess. The fuselage is very nicely done in fiberglass but the hardware is mostly junk. Prices on the aircraft are great but shipping costs are ridiculus. I say balance them correctly and change to better hardware and have fun. Terry
