I have gotten a PM from another man that Mr. Stovall ripped off at the same time he got to me! Stovall got him for $1000.00 and a friend of his for $550.00 on the Finnese he also had for sale when I was supposedly being sold his Icepoint. I almost bought both planes. Please moderators leave this thread as all of us that are victims of him need to group together and bring this thief to his knees. Anyone that has current info on where he works please PM me as I am going to get involved and help. He still owes me $$$$.... Jim, you need to pay up and get some serious help! This is not normal activity from a grown man!

I am sure you are reading our posts in these threads so you can think out your next move to run and hide or rip off another person! Guys,maybe we should PM eachother that are involved so that JIMMY the RIPPER doesnt have any idea what we are doing. I wonder what his wife thinks about this low life she is married to that hears all the messages on their answering machine at home? Maybe she is as bad as he is. Afterall birds of a feather...right? JIM, I am going to persue the rest of the $$$ you owe me as dilligently as I did the other because I worked just as hard for it as well. Someone may want to do a check on his address with his local tax office to see if he owns this home in which he uses to rob people from. If he doesnt he may be planning a move. Also if he is asst.mgr. at a jet repair station he must hold a license from the FAA. They need to be contacted along with his employer!!!! Small claims court is a waste of time and effort. You will most likely get a judgement against him and making JIM STOVALL pay is another thing! I got a high six figure judgement against a guy in So.Cal. Never have I got a dime. One thing good. I can use it as an asset on my financal statement and write so much of it off every year as a loss on taxes.......

Another victim here. I was trying to buy the Finesse and sent him a Postal Money Order for $550 on December 10.

It currently appears that we have at least 3 victims and the total is over $2,000.

ANYONE who is still owed money or product should contact one of us so we can consolidate the criminal complaint.

I will be sending a PM . Jim took $1,000 from me for the same planes he was selling you but says he couldn't ship them after my check cleared. Still no refund and it looks as if he never intended to ever go through with the deal seeing how he couldn't send the same plane to all of us. Pure Fraud ! and a felony!

He always has a booth at the Perry Swap meet! I met him last year. He was trying to do some psycho consignment deal with a big Bonanza I had! He said he is always at that meet!!!!! I posted this on RCG also....

Obviously this guy is a scumbag. Just wondering why you fellas dont insist on using Paypal? It is the safest way to do a transaction like this. The only time I didnt use it I got ripped off.
