In search for Ziroli SBD duantless for movie work

hello fellow giants. without going into to much details and letting someone else run away with the story line, i am in search for a completed ready to fly ziroli SBD dauntless. i have been looking for one to show up for sale but with no luck. the time frame to build one is too long thats required for the film, so i need one ready to go. as of now im not picky of the color sceem other than it has to be military colors with scale lines. the movie is pre and post pearl harbor and has never been made before. some guys that i work with and myself are very close to getting this underway. im the RC contact for the project. please dont ask about the movie for i cant give out details of it. think of it this way, your model could be in a movie on the big screen. i would rather purchase it just in case any mishaps accure during shooting. if after youd like it back it could be returned to you. if you are interested in loaning the plane maybe we could work something out. i am in the central florida area, so loaning would have to be close by. so, if you would want to sell your plane, donate it or know anyone that has one please pass the word. thanks in advance for your efforts.

I grew up about 20 minutes from Danville and my family is still there. I hope I am wrong but I seem to remember that Myron, or maybe it was his brother, had been in bad health and not flying. I also seem to remember that Myron's son flies- so maybe he could help.

How about Bill Steffes (sp?0 in the Albany, NY area. He had/has a real nice one I think he flew at Top Gun and or Scale Masters a few years back...
