NORTHEASTERN NORTH CAROLINA PILOTS, FIELDS ANYWHERE,INTERESTED IN STARTING ONE?????

Hello my name is Alan Arthur, I am part of a club that goes by the 95th squadron, We are possible going to lose the field that we have been flying at for many years! Is there anyone in the far Northeastern NC area, or the Southeastern part of Virginia, that is interested in trying to put together an organization(field) for the hobby!! I am hoping that there is at least someone,so this thread will not make me look like a complete fool! Please let me know of any interest I am working on a 40% right now, and I have a trailer. I am very willing to travel a distance but not so far!

Alan,
I just got finished reading your other post about the 95th. Most of it is pure BS. We're lucky to have two of the best scale builders and fliers in the country who help, most anyone, anyway they can. Why are you so offended if they can't help you with your 3D radio setups. You said it, they fly scale. If you are so unhappy with our club and the way it is run, you're free to LEAVE.
So others will know, I'm the Club VP, Alan mentioned in one of his other threads, who wanted to be replaced. At 59, my job and family responsibilitys, WHICH COME FIRST, keep me from giving as much time and energy to the club as it deserves.
Club is in no danger of losing the field! Security and liability of land owners is the purpose of the locked gate. All PAID members with AMA insurance will have access.
As for your quoted statement above, the other members of this board will soon, if not already, agree with you!
