Default e-flite ultimate fx

ok guys. I just bought the new h.h. ultimate. I was just wondering if my set-up is what I want. I bought everything brand new to give me a new electric for the summer. I have a 3 cell 1320 Mah lipo, an ultrafly 25 amp speed controller, and the ultrafly 1200 Kv motor. I think the o6/12????? correct me if i'm wrong. Will I have anyproblems with this setup????, or should I get a new motor. Cuz I'm not really concerned about the other stuff because i know it's recomended, just curious about the motor. I also got 3 new hs-55 servos. All I need now is a seperate receiver and a new radio. By the way, if anyone is selling an old 9z or 9c radio....LEMME KNOW!!!!

I read that that particular motor is best for 3d aircraft that weight under 10.58 ounces. The ultimate weighs in at about 12 and looking at the recommended prop sizes for it I think it will be underpowered. I am using a E-flite Park 400 outrunner with a 11 x 4.7 prop. This seems to be perfect for 3d on this particular aircraft. The plane comes with a 12 x 6 but the 4.7 pitch on the prop gives it great slow speed handling. I just actually finished putting together my second ultimate. I like it cause it can really take a beating for a foamy and it looks like a scale aircraft. Anyways, I hope that helps, let me know what you decide.

I have the E-Flight 450 outrunner in mine, with a 1320 3 cell and the castle 25 amp ESC.
Thing is amazing with this set up.
I flew it in 15 mph winds with this set up... BALLS of fun!

Thats another great thing about this plane is it can handle tons of wind! What prop are you using on the 450 outrunner?

You can run the 12x6 on the 400 but I would definately go with a 11x4.7 prop. It is perfect for 3d.

That is what I am running, however do not have that many flights on it.
BUT, what flying I have done noticed that it wants to turn to the left, at a indoor event that I hosted someone pointed out that my fuse was crooked (bent, warped), that makes the rudder offset, has anyone else had this problem.

Can this be easly fixed??

I am on my second one and my fuse looks straight but I haven't flown it yet. Do you have a pic that might show the warping? Maybe some of us could help you out if we know exactly where the problem is.
