Here is my set up on a Dalton 300 that I had, I enclosed the tunnel but lately have seen people leaving them open with great success. The only thing I would do is vent the aft fuse. near the rudder. I'm just starting on another 42% 260 that will have Greves pipes without an enclosed tunnel. Steve |

Yes, all the way back by the tail wheel, 3W did it on some of there large airplanes. My big fear is pressurizing the aft end of the fuselage (maybe its overkill) but I do like the idea of venting the rear of the plane since we are now putting remote Rx way back in the fuse. The pictured airplane is a Dalton 39% 300. On this plane I did not put any support up front, only in the aft as pictured. I never had any problems but on my next plane I will support the front end also. Steve

Steve Ok, sounds good. Well I was thinking about making the tunnel like u talked about. Then make take a piece of 1/16 or 3/32 balsa and angle it where the pipes exit.
