More contest ?

I started flying imac in 2003 and since then there's always been the same contest in the NE. We did gain the CT and VT contest whish is great but wouldn't be nice to have a contest in every state of the region ? NY is a big state yet no contest, NJ is prime location and easy to get to and no contest there either. One of the reasons I enjoy imac is the fact that I meet new people and fly at different fields. I know there is some really nice fields in binghampton NY and I would be more than happy to cd a contest there. Let's step it up and have a few "new" contest in the NE next year.

I have no idea how the club would like it, but my club has an excellent field. It would be possible if you CDed for next year.

Only problem for me is that we already have four contest in PA, I'd love to see a contest else where.

Jersey and NY would be nice. I think if we can coordinate as well, and keep contests atleast every-other weekend, it will increase attendance as well, more so that back to back contests on adjacent weekends.

I agree, having kids makes it next to impossible to do back to back contest.

Albert isn't allowed to CD any more contests! Needs to compete sometimes before he needs a bucket of oil to keep the rust off

I'd agree we need more in NJ and NY. I could easily do either state.

We should be talking about this stuff as well on the other site
