Not sure what your problem might be, but heres a tip to help fuel foaming. Get some Armor All and put a few sprays in the fuel bottle and instantly no more foam. Are the bubbles starting at the line coming from the tank, or between the needle and carb?

this is what i was trying to figure out... its hard to see if it is from the tank for from the needle.. i do have normal tubing on the connection,.. should this be tiny tubing.. it is spring held.. i can get a pic if needed mike

check the foam around the tank itself the bubbles are probably coming from the tank vibrationg. had the same prob on a glow plane of mine b/c I put a 50 on a 36 size profile. flys awesome but nothing but foam in the tank until I put some more padding and a fuel filter on it

Could be holes in your fuel lines also. I think since you haven't flown the plane in awhile, it wouldn't hurt to replace all your lines. If you replace the lines and you still have this problem, check your stopper and finally isolate any vibration away from the tank with some foam.

I'd re-plumb the tank and replace the stopper and the fuel lines. Nothing sucks worse than sucking air.
