Default UK trip: Calling All United Kingdom Huckmasters!
Fellas,

I just received news I will be headed to the UK for about five weeks during the October/Nov time-frame. While there, I think it would be fantastic if I could meet a few of our UK Huckmasters and observe some fine aviating. I will be staying in Suffolk, NE of Cambridge... RAF Mildenhall to be exact.

Anyone fly near there? Let's meet up and fly!

You could also check the club listing on BMFA website, they list 17 clubs in Suffolk

Super Dave - First of all you CRAZY ! The weather here is damp, cold and depressing . One reason why I want to move stateside !
OK on the weekend of 8/9 Nov there is a Bonfire/fireworks fly-in at Langar airfield .This is between Grantham and Nottingham .Flying till dark both days and the bon fire and fireworks on the Saturday night with BBQ . If you like the sound of it I can give you details /directions via a PM .

I'm in the good 'ol UK! Got here Sunday. The base where I'm staying is 20 miles west of Cambridge in Suffolk. Any R/C fields near here? I'm trying to plan my weekend! Let me know! I have a rental can and a map... which means I'm well enough off to get REALLY lost! The round-abouts are throwing me for a loop! Look kids.... Big Ben, parliment!
