Hi from the starting to thaw north

Been lurking for awhile now (since the morning this site was created) and am tired of seeing the "stop by the welcome forum" when I log on so here I am. I am into flying anything with wings or rotors including turbines as long as it is not colder than -10 F. Then I am into flying the simulator and indoor foamies.

Hello from another first timer. How cold is it up North? I attached a picture of my old Sig Kadet LT 40 on pontoons that I flew last week off snow at our field in Northwest Pennsylvania. I originally had a .50 and now have a .61 in it to give it a little more get off the snow power. Also a couple pictures of my 1/4 Patty Wagstaff Extra in warmer weather. Lots of fun.
