 |  Hello from Florida
Hi everyone from St. Pete Florida. I've been lurking here for several months but decided to go ahead and break the ice with a "Hello" post. I hang out at RCG and RCU as well. I got started in RC many years ago with a 3 channel EK Logitrol "Little Red Brick". I gave that up about 25 years ago but got back into RC again in 2006, when my wife and sons gave me a Spektrum DX6 for Christmas. Wow, have things gotten exciting since the "old days"! I'm pretty much 100% electric at this point, mainly fixed wing. I love building planes almost as much as flying-- I've flown and crashed lots of foamies. I also occasionally fly a FP Honeybee, and recently moved up to 3DHS 47" Katana. Looking forward to lots of interesting times on the FG forum!  --Van |
