Hi from Virginia!

Hi all,

I'm a transplanted Yankee, been living here for 12 years and I don't miss those cold New England winters a bit!

I've only been flying for just under a year, and due to the limitations in how big a plane will fit in my Jetta, so far my biggest plane is a Big Stik 60 (my fourth plane, preceded by a NexStar, Big Stik 40 and a SPAD that I just fly for fun!).

I do have plans to go to something bigger later this year after I build some kind of trailer that I can haul with my Jetta (something on a 4x8 light frame). I picked up a modified Zenoah G26 (bored out to 29, EI) and I hope to pick up a Giant Big Stik this summer just to get something bigger.

Hey Mike,

It's great to have you here!!

Remember one thing, you don't have to fly giant scale to fly Giant style!!! It's not what you fly, it's how you fly it. Full on attitude, push yourself and your gear, have the time of your life, but fly it safe!!!

I know this post is a little late but i was curios if you got the giant big stik. I have one that has about a half dozen flites on it with a evoluton gt26. it flys great, better than my hobbistar 60 trainer.
