Help! replace park 370, 400 main shaft?

Does anyone know how to take one of these park 370 or 400 inrunner brushless motors?

Yes, done it 2-3 times now. Losen the set screws all the way out. Dont lose them. Take a nail, grind it flat on the tip. A punch is even better! And peck the shaft out. There are online instructions on Horizons website I believe. Also, I think there is a build of a VPP with pics on www.ezonemag.com

Thank you. I punched the shaft out of the back.
