Did a little huckin', mmmmkay?

I have a confession to make, and it's an bombshell... Since the closure of our local field in December, I have been off the sticks. Every spare minute of my time has been spent on creating new site features, and meeting our aggressive travel schedule with all the events we've been covering. This past weekend, I finally had it, and made the aggrivating drive to another field in the area, with Tuna Boat in tow. Met up with a some of our FlyingGiants crew, and had an absolute blast! Got about 4 flights on 'r before snapping a rudder cable, rusty and shaky fingers on the first flight, and on the deck 5 minutes later. Wrapped the day up with a BBQ at Toro's, and brought back some hilarious video that I'll get posted.

Soon our local field will be back as OCMA has secured a new site, and I can't wait.

I tell if I don't fly for 2 weeks, my first flight I will be shaking like crazy. Max brought the TunaBoat after months and 5 minutes after the first flight, in a WINDY WINDY day he brought it right on the deck.

He came to the field at an impulse. Believe me there was no time to do any of that. it's hard to get him away from the computer and this website. Next time he will be prepared, he promised. Like I said i got some video of Max Hucking that boat LOW. Come on Max, put the video I took from you out on here unless I have screwed. I tell you his camcorder was heavy, I had to take 20 min. break after putting it down. My shoulder wouldn't move
