Default On the way to VP

Article written by: Maxon Duncan

Folks, meet Eddie Weeks. Eddie is a master CAD designer, inventor, and accomplished pilot in the world of turbizzle’s and aerobatic models. Some of you may know him as the man behind “The Rig”. Needless to say, Eddie’s been around the block, and has the unique gift of being able to turn any off the wall concept into flying reality. Some of you may recall the 4/1 gag with the photochopped pattern plane doin’ a little nose in hovering. In the past few weeks, no pun intended, Eddie has again taken concept to reality, and a great conversation with video of his progress. Fully reversible, and constant speed VP are just around the corner folks. Eddie is among a small handful of very dedicated modelers who have experimented with this in the past, and we applaud all of their efforts. Hopefully we’ll be seeing some DA-100 grass cuttin’ soon.

Super-Huck!: Presented for incredible contributions from our members, to our community. - Issue reason: Eddie Weeks, designer of many uber-technofied flying machines has come up with the first fully reversible VPP system for giant scale gas models. While VP and constant speed is still in it's infancy, Eddie has definately led the charge and has brought some
