i just finished my first afpd video and i dont know how i can edit it on windows movie maker and upload it to flying giants.

well, its just under my computer/program files/ipacs/aerofly/recordings and thats all i'v done so far.

Ah, it must be a known file type and it's not showing extentions.. If it's windows XP that's prob the case... Go to the folder it's in. Click tools >> folder options >> View >> and uncheck hide extensions for know file types. After you do that should show the file extention. Tell me what the file extention is. |

im not sure what you mean as file extansion says, but yes i unchecked extensions for known file types.

AFPD flies are saved as a .rec file. That is AFPDs own way of saving. You need to use a program like FRAPs (www.fraps.com) to be able to save in a .mpg format, to be put into a movie editing program. Fly-guy |

here is a demo of fraps and AFPD together the music isnt much good for most but thats a different story. hell neither is the flying but youll get the idea of how well fraps records and this type of file can be imported to windows movie maker. enjoy http://www.flyinggiants.com/gallery/...to=911&cat=505
