HOTTEST FLY-IN IN TEXAS

Due to being rained out in July, the new date is 6 October.

The hottest fly-in in Texas is coming up this week-end, July 15th. Come for some of the best flying around. Their will be mostly 3D Aerobatic airplanes with some BIG BAD ASS Warbirds. There will be water balloon popping with rudders, music and the best time you have ever had. There will be a Free BBQ cookout Friday night for those who show up early. Best of Show will be awarded for the person that can show off the best. Event plaques will also be given to every registered pilot. Corsicana is about 60 mlies South of Dallas on Interstate 45. I was there last year and it was one of the best local fly-ins I have ever been to. I heard Stinger Walace was going to be there. Is this true?

I talked to Stinger over the weekend and he is going to try to bring his 10 ft wing span Sea Fury. You know the way Stinger flys, inches off the ground up right or inverted at full boar. Do you remember that time at Bomber field and he drug the rudder the whole length of the runway!! Mike are you going to be there? What are you bringing to fly?

How much? it sounds like a sweet event, I really want to make the drive.

I currently only have a Showtime 90 size nitro bird, it can huck but I probably wouldn't get any flyingtime with all the big birds????

It is one of the best events around!!!! The pilot fee is only $10.00 but big bird rules do apply. You need to come and have a good time. We will have concessions on site!! After 5:00 anything can fly!!!!!

it was a super nice field..! left a canopy from the microjet off in the mesquite trees! what a bunch of nice folks..!! Fred even mailed me back my AMA card!

i think i may try to make the drive and come watch David fly the big ass YAK again..that thing is a MONSTER with that 200cc motor!

I might bring my Pitts S-12 if it is going to be ready or my Ziroli P-51. Hell I might just come to have a good time and see all of the guys. Are you going to fly your Composite Super Extra and Big Ass YAK?
