Pefa/3w cans are very good cans, most of them are run on 3ws. Most DA guys run MTW or KS cans. If you are putting a DA 150 in that big yak I would recommend using the full length KS 1090 pipes or the BMB full pipes, as you are going to need the power they make.

Tony, Flyingrazrback is right. I have Pifa's on my Da-150 but I wouldn't use them for 3-D flying .Mine seem to like to load up. Good for precession flying though. I 'm going to use MTW on my new Plane with the DA-150. Dan |

I have Pefa cannisters on my 3W 40% Extra, and they work great. But I think a DA 150 is asking a lot to pull a big Yak like that so I think the K&S would be a better match. As far as them not being good for 3D give me a break, Garrett Morrison uses them on all his planes, and I don't think they bother him to much..............do you... And if your having problems with them loading up better check your oil mixture or brand your using first before blaming it on the Pefa cannisters. Chuck |

Chuck, Most of us don't fly like Garrett and maybe the Pifa's work better with the 3-W motors. I'm not blaming nothing on the the Pifa's I'm using them! Amsoil 100-1 to Pennsoil 50-1. Same same. Maybe it could be the prop? |
