| Bad-ass Super Contributer! ![]() | I know I know I ask a lot of questions. I figure at least if I ask I won't screw up so bad. Question, I am assuming the o ring goes on first then the washer when mounting the wing using the pins? I attached a pic of how I think it is suppose to go, let me know if i'm wrong. Do most of these fit super tight? I had to force in on the o ring with the waser to push the carter key through the pin. Anyways thanks again guys! Attached some more pictures of the plane as well. Slowly but surely, (I don't have a motor anyways) so no hurry. |

| Bad-ass Super Contributer! ![]() | that the right way to install. glue the o-ring to the washer with thin CA and use some fishing line to tie the washer to the pin. after you fly the plane a few times it will loosen up a little and be easier to put on. your plane looks great, love the graphics. ![]() randy racer |

| Squirrel please... ![]() | Like Randy said you have this correct. I really like this method of putting the wings on as it is very easy to install and take apart with not to much to worry about failing. BTW, Your airplane looks great. I really like the white airplane with a different scheme. Let us know when you fly it I'm sure that you will love it. Andrew |

| 3D Aerobatics ![]() | Well I guess I did it the wrong way (I guess I can help it I'm Puertorican). In my Case I had to Sand lilke 1/8" of the wing tube since it was a little longer that it should be. I Put the washer flush with the fusalege, then the Oring, and then the Pin. And even i Sand it 1/8" it was a Tight fit. As Jesky said, during time it gets a little better (easy) to put the wings together. By the way I did mine on the red and Black scheme. Is something different of what everybody else have!!! I hope you enjoy it. |

| Bad-ass Super Contributer! ![]() | Cool, thanks for the replies. I was wondering about a good way to keep up with the o ring and washer, the ca method I would have never thought of. Just need a motor now. Anyone know if DA has a layaway plan? (LOL) This is an expensive hobby and I have too much other stuff going! Stuff like a 3 year old, a pregnant wife and so on. But I wouldnt trade them for anything. Except maybe a DA100 Just kidding! |

| Bad-ass Super Contributer! ![]() | Matt, Definitely use the O ring and washer. They came with the plane but if you lost them you can buy them at Home Depot. A bag full of O-rings is like $1-$2. Thank you, Reza Quique's Aircraft Support

| Bad-ass Super Contributer! ![]() | This is actually a rudder question. How many folks have used the 2 servo swb tray? Is the bellcrank the right width for the pull pull setup? I'm not sure I like the idea of using a plastic servo wheel to connect the carbon fiber arm to. I have seen the plastic wheels strip and mess up. Any suggestions? Thanks |

| Bad-ass Super Contributer! ![]() | I never recommended the plastic wheel under the rudder CF arm for 102". Use Full size double side aluminum servo arm like Airwild or JR aluminum servo arms. As far as plastic servo arm stripping not on the 85". I have given my rudder on the 85" lots of abuse and white plastic servo arm that comes with JR servos has held up just great but for the 102" use the aluminum servo arms. New manual is coming in couple of days. Quique is reviewing it now. Here's a pic.
