Hello all RC flyers My name is Rick and I have been in RC for about 35 years. I have been seeing a doctor for the addiction but after the 3rd or 4th doc I believe there no hope. Now they are addicted!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is one great hobby. I have flown everything from small single channel rudder only, where the transmitter was as big as the plane, to 35% gas. RC has come a long way since I started. I look forward to visiting with everyone here on Flying Giants. Rick |

The hobby has grown so fast in the last few years that for some of us it is hard to keep up. A lot of the new people in the hobby don't know what it was like when the only radios were tube-type single channel. They don't know about the old Heath-kit build it yourself. I can say that I actually got into RC just a little later, but not much. I can remember when you had to make sure that you put all of your servos in the right way because there was no servo reversing. Again welcome to the Giants Family. Wizard
