Email address for Desert Aircraft

Does anyone have a valid email address for Desert Aircraft? I've sent two emails to desertaircraft@theriver.com and have yet to get a reply. This is the email address listed on their "contact us" page.

No. Besides, that isn't the point. It is far easier for me to deal with email. If someone advertises an email address on their website, you think they would read their email.

I'll try the info@desertaircraft.com. If I get a response, I'll let them know they need to change their "contact us" information.

Out of curiosity, how long has it been since you emailed them? Are you giving them a reasonable amount of time to responds? DA’s customer service is top notch. It’s hard to scroll thru emails when you may be getting tons of spam. Besides, isn’t email kind of like telegrams the we stopped using long ago because the phone gets the point across and the problem resolved immediately?

I sent an email to info@desertaircraft.com and almost immediately got a response. The first email (to the other address) I sent was a week ago.

Email like telegrams?? Geez, this is the information age!!! Emails are much more convenient for me. No long distance; time to compose my questions; I can do it at midnight (when I seem to do my best work!). Most of the time I don't need an answer RIGHT NOW, and the party on the other end can take the time to research their answer properly. I'll leave the phone line open for someone that needs a quicker answer, or who may otherwise be technologically challenged.

I was not having a problem with any DA product, I was merely inquiring about some products they carry. Dave answered my question.

Just be careful to be so quick to post something on the internet. Many people may see this post as 'bashing' a vender since you can't hear your voice inflection to tell if you're upset or not. I've always tired to make a phone call before resorting to a post one the internet for everyone to see.

Sounds like everything worked out! Glad to hear it! I have the same theory as you Bob, I would rather send them an email than clog up their phone lines, kinda giving them the ability to respond when they get a chance. I can't imagine the amount of phone calls they get on a daily basis, especially during flying season.

Yeah, we have to be careful. I was not in any way bashing DA. They have a great product, and great service, that is what confused me about not getting a response. The email address that Anna gave me is the correct address, got an immediate response.
