Thumbs up Aircraft International

I had a rather unproductive experience with another company about one of my 3W engines. Last Wed. I called Aircraft Inter. and spoke with Gerhart about my problem. I shipped the engine to them on Thru. morning express, he received it on Friday. Friday afternoon he called and gave me a recommendation, and suprisly low price. He must have worked all night because this Monday morning I received a package from Aircraft Inter. Great service, great communications whole heartly recommend this man and this company.

I agree Gerhard really doesn't get the Kudo's he deserves, Sometimes people find him hard to understand with his thick German accent but I find it kind of refreshing.

I have had great experiences with him and he has been more than helpful in Many occasions, and went out of his way to call late at night to answer a question I may have had.
Thanks Gerhard

Chuck

the only charges were for parts that needed to be replaced, and for the other company I will not go there, that is a whole different can of worms.

Yes, I also must agree. Gerhard has always 'done me right' with service, and experiance.

I have heard too many people bad mouth him , and I am glad to see people publicly giving him some KUDOs.

I can only agree with what you guys have written so far. Both Gerhard and Kevin have been A++++ for everything I have ever wanted or needed from them.

Plus like many others in the business they put a lot back into it as well. Its not all take.

Gerhard from AI is great! I've been dealing with him for years and he's always been very helpful.
He always answers his phone and answers e-mails promptly. I dealt with another 3W dealer once! Enough said!
