| If he Fries it, I will come    |  Adding right thrust to a DA-50???
OK...silly question... How do you add right thrust to a DA50? I only need about one washers worth. I was going to put a washer between the engine case mounting flange and the standoff, but was told by DA that this was bad.....potential for twisting... If I add a washer at the standoff and the firewall, would that be OK?? I know it is a basic question, but if I can't (shouldn't) put a washer between the engine and the standoff, what do you recommend??? Thanks Exeter

Everyone I have ever done and seen for that matter have the washers behind the standoff's directly on the fire wall. And most I have seen are slightly larger than the stand off base, I think this helps spread the force of the stand off against the fire wall.
