Hi tomorrow is the maiden for my 34% CA MODELS Extra 330.
It has a DA 100 that has about 8 galons thru it.
My cuestion is what about a 28x10 biela prop? how is it compared to a Mezklik?
I all ready have the Biela and woul like to know your opinion.
I fly IMA and some 3D

The Mejz 28X10 is a wierd prop, in that it doesn't load the engine up as much as most other 28X10's, yet has some friggin' serious pull. Try the Biela, but I suggest you get your hands on the Mejzlik, too. You can never have enough props - my 260 only has about 20 flights on it and I have already flown it with a BME, NX, Menz, and a Mejzlik. So far, the Mejzlik 27X10 has the least load and is quite, but not a stump puller at my elevation. I now have a PT 27X10 that I will try this weekend.
In aerobatic setup, the prop is the first thing in the fine-tuning process, so it doesn't hurt to experiment.

I dont think you will like the biela on the DA, its a lot of prop, unless your airplane is really light. I would suggest a PT 28x10 or one of the Vess 27s for the DA. My 3w 106 had more power than my DA 100s, and I still didnt like the biela 28x10 on the 3W. The PT Props are awesome.

you can always try the biela, but if you cant spin it 6000rpm or higher, I dont think you will like it.

Yeah, what he said. At 1500 feet, the DA can turn a Mejzlik 28X10 at around 6500. If you aren't within a couple hundred R's of that with the Biela, then it probably won't be the best prop choice for 3D - probably an option for IMAC, though.
