Calling all computer tech heads! Need install help

I got a dvd recorder from newegg and it doesn't come with directions. I have a couple of Q's:

1) What do I set the jumper to? I have a cdr drive installed already.

2) Do I daisy chain the IDE cable or should I run separates.

I haven't opened up the case yet. I'm scared

Keith, there are jumpers on the CD drive. If you only have one hard drive, daisy chain it to the same cable, and set the jumper to "slave". plug it in, turn on your puter, hit esc on boot up. Make sure the drive is recognized. That's it.... sort of. let me know if you have any other issues and I'll try to help.

Nitrohuffer, what camera did you get? I am looking at some camcorders now, have several in mind.
