Default GP christian Eagle II Build help

Ok bi-plane lovers. I have started to build my GP christian eagle. But I would like input from the FG. I'm either going to power it with a Moki 2.10 or Moki 1.80. I had been thinking of using the 2.10 in my Cap. My other question is, will JR537 work in this plane with a 6v battery or not. If anyone has some first hand knowledge please let me know. I've already started to use Dubro pinned hinges instead of the CA kind.

Go with the 210. You will need the extra grunt...

The 2.10 woild be perfect for that plane!
Don't forget, Bi-planes have extra drag from both wings.
The 2.10 will give that ballistic power!

I had mine powered with a FPE 3.2 or 50cc gasser. I would say the extra power would be perfect. I ran all metal geared HS645's and HS625's in mine. They fly ok not not as good as an Ultimate. The 38% should fly really nice.

Keep it as light as possible and keep the speed up a little on landings. They also like to do a funky bank on take off.

Believe it or not but my dad has put STANDARD servos on the alerions S3004's. It flew fine for him on his GP pitts. Then for the tail he used S3305's. The Awesome thing about these servos is that they are metal geared, 99oz's of torque on 4.8! At 6 volts it putts out a whopping 133oz's, Anolog and they are only 35$ . So I think your okay on your setup.

5645 will be ok, I would use 645's everywhere else and a dual RX battery setup as well.

The eagle is a great looking bird and look awesome in the air, especially on low side slipping passes. I noticed with my mates one that it wants to bounce abit on landing so be prepared for it.
