I know they are trouble. I had a bt64. Just horrible I tell ya. The thing siezed in flight. Lucky I had some altitude and speed. They vibrate too much.

I had a friend that had the 43cc one (I think it was 43cc's? 43 or 46).
It worked fine, it was in a 100" cub and it flew it great.
I think they are much better suited for scale applications, the power to weight ratio is no there for major aerobatics or 3D, but for your sinson, it should be fine (depending on the size).

I have heard a few stories about the early production motors having vibration problems, but the distributor took care of it under warrantee.

Hope that helps a little.

I have to agree with sleepy here.

A friend has a 50cc Fuji, it may be 52 or 54, not sure and he has it in an old GP PITTS. Runs great, has plenty of power for that application. His is the magneto version so forget flipping it over by hand. It needs a starter ALL THE TIME.

Its very reliable, flys the little PITTS very scale like but it is not and never will be a light weight power house.

For a scale application it will be just great. Run it on 50:1 oil mix and it will last for ever.
