TAS Contestants Announced!

Buzz surrounding this year’s Tucson Aerobatic Shootout is building, and the list of pilots has just been announced! If you haven’t followed this event, get on it! The TAS is one of the greatest exhibitions of piloting skills. It’s the final big event of the year where top pilots from around the world duke it out for $85,000 plus in prizes and cash. Special thanks for the good folks at Desert Aircraft, Dave Johnson, Michael Marcellin and of course Anna Wood for all of their hard work in bringing this world class event to the modeling community.

When will we know the invitational and Freestyle pilots?

It will be another week or so before we post the Invitational and Freestyle lists. We want to give our Sportsman through Unlimited pilots their moment in the spotlight. The field of pilots for this year's Shootout is excellent. We are looking forward to having some very competitive races in all the classes for this year.

Amazing how a guy can win the AMA Nats in Sportsman and not get in, but hey, good luck to everyone else who got invites!
