So Kyle, you think you're bad-ass? I was a little shocked to find that you and your crew tried to one up my untouchable, and mad RC karaoke skillz with your rendition of SmashMouth. You may be able to out-huck me on the sticks, but I can out sing you any day of the week buddy...

Well, at first I went with the ol school Max, then after further review of the tapes it was all but clear to me our own Max had cheated in the completion by trying to influence our vote by using a female back-up singer. Now thats clearly a violation of the rules as outlined in the karaoke handbook.I tried to over look the infraction but that, along with the power juice performance enhancing drink he was caught on tape using was a clear violation of the rules.
So my vote had to go to Kyle.

Also on a side note Tank was ask to testify against Max, and refused, he is being held in contempt of court until he does so.

OMG....Max..... that was absolutely .....ummm.....that was just.....ahhhh.....wow, I'm speechless. Your singing ability is only exceeded by your dancing ability. You definitely took this round over Kyle, however, you better watch your six after he goes through puberty

Haha, I went sailing with an entire liter of Captain Morgan that evening along with 5 or six "silver bullets" There are a few videos out there of me... quite the train wreck... I remember waking up with 3/4 of my body outside of my tent... atleast I got one shoulder and my head in there before I collapsed... that said... Im not really pleading the 5th... I really dont remember much! I was far better behaved at Nall 06', no college relapses... Max on the other hand...

Sweet shuffling dance steps...and rythmic grunts to go along synth-percussion-breakdown!
And most importantly....no props needed...(i.e. dudes with guitars)... other then a cold one in hand!
