I was wondering that myself. But then I thought to myself those are the best pilots in the world right there. So it may be real, but it does have the chopped look to it doesnt it?

No its not photo chopped, its the real deal. It was taken last weekend in Atlantic City, NJ. Sean is the only civilian pilot that the Blues will fly with in formation.

This airplane started out as a Pitts S2S, I believe. His one that went in earlier this year was based on a Christen Eagle I. I heard that he's made friends with this airplane relatively quickly, it took me a second to spot the differences between this one and his old one, up front anyway. The tail looks completely different.

WOW! Incredible pics. I am surprised that the biplane can keep up with the f-18's or is it that I am surprised that the f-18's are flying that slow. You can see the F-18's have thier flaps and leading edge slats fully extended. Just awesome!
