OMG... I'm sitting here and the whole building starts to rumble... I look out my office window and see a Blue Angle screach by in the air....!!!! I quikly take a "restroom " break and head out back behind the office... BAM... full on Smoke on Blue Angles airshow practice!!! Holly chill bumps BATMAN! How am i suspossed to work knowing this is going on?!?! DAMN THAT IS SO BAD ASS!!!! (As I'm typing this more rumbling and BAM overhead past my window!!!) FREAKING AWESOME!!!!! But man... if they had a problem.. the city of Cleveland would have a BAD day!

I have flown a couple times at Cleveland airshow when the Blues were there. Hands down, the best location for the Blues. Long time, un-written rule there for the Blues: There are no rules! THe FAA goes to lunch or sits in the back of the hanger while there. F-18 through the down town area, below roof tops, through the buildings. The solo guys, 5 & 6 just tear up the sky. Enjoy it. You'll probably get to see it again Friday! |

now that is just stupid, they can fly over some big old city and do there crazy stuff but at air venture they cant do crap over one of the worlds biggest airports because "there isnt enough room and they dont want to endanger the surrounding areas" so instead they do a flyby,OVER the runway and not parralel! WTFHAX!!!!!!! i am so jeal |

Cleveland was just voted the Poorest "Big City" in the US.. So the officials figure... Ahhh if a plane crashes into down town... chances are its an abandoned building.. or one of the 3000 "renovated" warehouse loft apartments that are empty because no one can afford to live in them! YA gotta love politicians...

I hear they are afraid if they have to punch out over Detroit, they may not make it back to the base in 1 piece. They would prefer Baghdad over Detroit.
