Hey guys, As some of you may have heard I crashed my brand new yak about 4 weeks ago. Since then i have repaired it and flown it 13 times as of yesterday! All's I can say is....This plane rocks! The IMAC I can fly w/ it is so precise and I just started 3d w/ it yesterday and i can tell it wil be a beast in that aspect too! I can hover @ about 1/2 throttle and the engine is still running rich. I have a 22x8 prop but I am going to put a 22x10 on it for more bite. I love it and thanks to Aviation models for a great plane! Where do you guys have the CG? Any remarks? Later,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, A.J. |

thats nice, my cg was a little (about 1/2'') aft of the wing tube with the wings OFF OF THE PLANE, 3d was great at that setting. It would fly completely strait with no down pitch when it was inverted or right side up. If you had it on the wingtube with the wings off that would probably be perfect. |

Hey guys, Thanks for the help......but i need some more. I attempted a harrier this weekend and had some wingrocking problems. I tried entering the harrier both ways. By slowing the plane down to stall speed, and by poping the nose up. What causes this and how in the world do I fix it?Thanks ALOT!!! A.J. |

Nose-heavy is mose likely the reason. I balanced mine so that when I pulled a 45 up line, rolled inverted, it would just barely tuck to the canopy. With 40-45 degrees of elevator, I had zero wing rock.
