I don't think there is anything special going on. There is usually a lot of activity at Tucson Radio Controlled Club (TRCC). We will be flying just South of Tucson in Green Valley if you want to stop by. Last edited by teryn; 09-18-2006 at 08:03 PM. |

The morning is when all the old guys (the ducks) are there and then they leave by 12 or 1. The afternoon is more amicable for more than just circles around the pattern (real flying)...and the weather has cooled down a lot here.

Sorry, you missed the point because you defensively jumped to the easiest conclusion within closest reach without thinking about it. The concept that I very cleverly alluded to has nothing to do with peoples' abilities to fly. If you have been in this hobby for a long time (and been around a lot of Clubs) you would know exactly what I was talking about. OK, seriously.... For the times I have been there, Saturday and Sunday mornings feature more scale flying, formation flying, training and glider towing. The afternoons feature the younger crowd that typically fly helicopters, larger aircraft and much more 3D. Depends on what you want to do.

I thought that Teryn's posts were extremely clever and witty. He even took the time to give you an extremely short, well worded, detailed and consice description of whats going on at Tucson. |

Although Teryn does not get credit for the Duck comment. That was a Bryan Gillmore original.
