For The Aussie Crowd

Howdy Guys!

Just wanted to give you all some clarification on the addition of the new international forums. I've had requests to create a place for our friends from our Kiwi friends to create a forum for their growing local crowd. The only way that I was able to come up with was to create a specific regional forum. Keeping all you guys in mind, I created the Down Under forum as well. The DU thread is the end all to end all of giant threads on the net, and you guys smashed every record by 1000 fold for posts within our community - every time I look at the numbers there I'm AMAZED! I thought long and hard before creating this forum and I want to be clear about my thought process here.

DON'T KILL OUR BELOVED DU THREAD! Use this forum however you like, it's yours. My goal is in no way to detract from what you guys have already built. Having your own forum has it's benefits, but I understand that this may be an unwanted change. If that's the case, just say the word and we'll go back to the DU thread format.

With that being said, please share your thoughts, what I might be able to change, or if you would like to nuke this forum all together.

You're all a VERY important part of our community and love having you here.

Hey max can you shift old thread data into the down under folder. If not dunno how rest of dudes feel but sometimes its good to start fresh, spawns new vitality. We got something on the go already maybe not where we will all huddle in future but its a start, Its great its well organised now all in one folder so we can tree off threads in other ways, but we know its Aussie orientated. 600 pages is easy to get too again, we can crap on..

I only should of done one thing starting new core thread was get you to start it, think i got title right for the guys ASAA, but first post should be in Ur name, like first pitch at baseball honors.

Seems we have to move the DU thread, since the new forum kicked off there has been very little activity there, it just don't seem right, there is to much history to be just abandoned!!

Mick & guys, I don't have a problem with unwinding all of this, I can merge all posts in the forum back into the Aussie thread if you like, I don't wanna see that thing die. There's no problem with posting just in one thread, but if you prefer that format, let's roll everything back into the DU thread. I can do that tonite but I need feedback. The last thing I want to do is break you guys up.

I saw what you were doing was very important for a world wide structure max, which is much bigger than just us. The world section with kiwis and us in there first to kick it off is great. Don't dump your stump, branch, leaf idea for Giants world wide, cause its logical. Only thing I suggest is moving old 600 page thread in there and we will keep going with it. Yep. I agree with TD, lets move DU and keep it truck'n along, have the ASAA thread for more specific discussion.
