Help! Park 370 Outrunner Question

Hey Guys,
here in Europe the seasion is going to the end outdoor
actually this week its still sunny and around 15° but in a few weeks
we start our indoor seasion.
I got the YAK BYP and today i got the PARK 370 Outrunner

they sendet me the 1360KV Version
and i thought of the 1080KV Version

As i see in the manual
the 1080 is for 3 Lipo cells and 1360 recommends 2 cells
can i run the 1360 with 3 cells aswell ,has it more power then?
is there any difference noticable ?
can i use the 1360 for the Byp without probs ?

Some helpfull answers would be really nice

i will go with it !
found on the eflight page that its no problem running the 1360
it should have 125 instead of 100Watts power whats good for me

Any other thoughts

Even infos from other Yak Byp users would be nice...

I also have a byp yak with the 370 1080 they say 10-3.8 but after flying it i say 9-4.7 that 10 incher is a little to much when your working the throttle a lot. with the 10 inch my motor gets warm and power comes in and out
9-4.7 fixed it have fun with that bird you'll love it
