I am from central Iowa ALtoona to be exact just a tad east of Des moines i will attending the Toledo Expo this year for the trade show hopefully if things work out. My wife has terminal cancer and so things have been very hectic . She is on her last few weeks of living so i think i will deserve a vacation in April for the trade show just to get away for a few days.

Dude,

You are in the middle of the best flying region around!!! The North Central is full of giant scale gassers!!! Personally we are in southern Indiana close to Cincinnati, but you are in the neighborhood of some of the best pilots around!!! We have a saying around these parts--NCFR!!! You are actually too young to know what it really means, but the politically correct version is North Central Flying Region!! It's a bummer that our season is so short, but that is what makes our summers so great! Come out to an IMAC (even if to just spectate) next year and you will see what I mean.

NCFR!!!
