FROMECO...Best Customer Service Yet!!!

Well guys I have been purchasing most of my stuff pretty much exclusively from the states for the past 3 years , basically since I got into giant scale and have dealt with most of the well known suppliers of giant RC stuff. I would say that customer service is pretty much average or slightly above average however when it comes to FROMECO then we're talking the best of the best.

I am no battery Guru so when I finally made the decision to go all Li-ion I had so many questions and queries about the product and the technology and I would always find Mike or Kurt willing to help. I have recently had one or two small issues and the response from Mike was overwhelming ....... my problems were taken care off way beyond the call of duty to the point that I am embarrassed at how well I was treated and for this I take my hat off for the guys at Fromeco.

I am writing this to let all you guys out there thinking of going Li-ion that Fromeco is the only way to go.......excellent product with excellent customer support backed buy a bunch of great folks.

They "Fromeco" know what they are doing. Dont think there is anything on the market that can compare in price, miliamp, service, and knowlege. They have done wonders for our hobby!!
