Putting away the foamies for a while....

Well, its time to put the foamies away for a while.
In the meantime, I have the stuff coming to build a new 2m pattern plane. I think it will turn out pretty nicely... Its a scratch build, but oughtta be pretty tough in the air.
I really need to finish up the repairs on the Carden Edge as well....

 |  I had one last bash with the indoor stuff as well yesterday. I had to try my new plane before I put them away as well. I had a lot of fun and very small repairs for flying for just over 6 hrs. |

| |  Thanks Breadbowl, We'll see if she flies well first. A buddy is cutting the wings and he almost has the code written completely to cut them. If all works out well, I'll be testing my new vacuum bagging setup to get them going. All of the hardware and gear for the bird is ordered and should be on the way too : ) I hope to hit a bunch of competitions this summer with it if family things allow. Jamie, give me a holler next week and I'll give you a full update on the bird! |
