INFLUENZA, its got me !

I have never been this sick. 4 days so far of temperatures at night hitting 102, A cough that feels like fire in my chest. Im ready to go absolutely berzerk. 
Bright note: I got some really great cough syrup that puts me right to sleep.
This is completely out of the norm for me. I havent been this sick since being in Mexico for the Superbowl in 1998. 10 years
Any of you guys get this ?

 |  I had the flu about a month ago. I was getting temps around 103 while on Tylenol. Lost 7lbs in about 5 days! IT SUCKED! Feel better! |

| |  thanks J... I have been packing on the fluids... I think Im starting to turn the corner. Cough is still there, but not as painful as it was before. felt like a knife on fire being slammed in my chest |

I started to come down with it on Tuesday, which was a pain because I had to wear my respirator all day... didn't help anything..lol Wednesday, I went home early from work and slept all night. I've been packin the Sudafed, and cough syrup. But what works the best is AirBorne. Hope you get better soon! Chris |

| | I really think Im turning the corner.... I feel alot better tonight (2130 PST) I actually have my energy back, and felt like cleaning the house a bit. It needed it as my 2 buzzsaw kids destroy the place when Im down and out. I imagine I should be doing a ton better here in a couple of days... My wife is now starting to show signs of it. F ME ! |

| |  Yep, just got over the flu myself, and I got that same cough syrup! Even though I no longer have the flu, I'm finishing up that bottle - it works wonders for a good night of sleep! |
