I have a 35% Extra 260 that will have a 100cc twin engine. I have the cowl baffled from the underside of the opening in the cowl to the engine cyinders. My plane also came with another piece of balsa sheet. Do I need to make a top baffle for the top of the cowl opening back to just above the cylinders too? Or will the baffles in front be enough? I put some fiberglass cloth from the cowl to the baffles on the underside with thin ca. Should i use any more bracing as they are pretty stiff now. I also hardened the baffles with thin ca before I painted them to seal the wood. Also should I lay another layer of fiberglass cloth around the cut-outs on the bottom to keep the cowl from cracking? Thanks guys.

Here are some pictures of my baffles I built from 1/8 lite-ply and 1/64 ply.
