Default Age Old Question: How many rolls of monokote?

How many rolls of monokote does it take to cover a 40%? If the thing is a primary base color and has trim accent.

let me know. It's been a while since I covered a plane.

Steve,
I would start with a 25' roll if use monokote or one 10 meter roll for Ultracote for your base color and maybe 2 small rolls for the trim. If you can give me a idea of the scheme you are doing I can give you a more accurate estimate.

13 rolls! Scott Stoops coverd a 43% Edge on his FlyRC review, and he used about 13 rolls.

hi Tony,

I'm doing the same scheme I did on my old 35% 300sx. there will be a variation on the colors and a bit of added trim, but this is the basic idea.
