Hey Guys -- Want to say congrats and good luck in Tuscon. This is a great little write up and it all reminds us what the hobby truly is about -- friendship. I started flying only about 3 years ago and cannot get enough of it. I only wished I was younger where work and being a dad didn't get in the way of it. It would of truly shaped my life differently. But I am happy for what I have and cannot wait to teach my little girls how to fly.

Good luck guys and enjoy every moment. Its guys like you that I live the hobby through.

Mark

Thanks Mark, and everyone else that has responded. Tom, Seth, Brendan and I all appreciate it very much. Its been a year that none of us will every forget, Tom and I both are very fortunate to have the relationships with our sons that we do, God blessed us both !

With relationships like these, hopefully the boys will pass it along one of these years if they have kids and they both will realize then the joy that Tom and I both have had and can then see it through our eyes and they will understand better then why their Dads are so proud.

Wonderful read guys, easy to see why we love this hobby/sport.

Great to see the leaders in this hobby giving their time to help out the future champions, the competition is in the air, still gentlemen on the ground.

Good onya Dads, hope I can succeed with my son as you have obviously done.

I have only been flying giant scale for 12 months and only flown RC for 4 years, I love it and like many others wished I had started at an age when I had more than 20 meg of RAM.

Good luck to the Youg’ns, I think we have a very nice young pilot here in Aus that may come over to give them some competition in time to come.

I would like to thank everyone for all of the support, cant tell you all how much it means. I feel so fortunate to have met some of you, and cant wait to meet even more.

I am also blessed to have friends like Seth and Tom, who i consider to be family now, and a Dad willing to give it his all to make a childhood dream come true! He really is one of the best Dads a kid could ask for!

Thank you FG!
