Now thats awsome! I dont know how I would feel though sitting on top of a couple really huge lipos while several hundred, or thousand feet in the air... whether or not the battery boxes were burn and explosion proof!!!!!

Give it 10 years and they will probably be a standard option on all homebuilts. People once said that computers would be nothing more than fancy room sized calculators...

I don't know. I recall them talking about how great the electric cars were going to be 10-15 years ago. GM discontinued theirs after only a few years. Mainly because the 70 mile charge only got them 25 miles . It's not always how well they work or if the concept is attainable. Will they buy it and have confindence in it is also a factor.

I hope you are right though.

I'm sticking with it. I really dont see electric technology just dropping out and dieing off. Lipos, 123s fuel cells..... Theres no way these technologies are going to just end now. Its only going to get better. I'd invest in it.

I agree with Edge, but I hate electric cars, planes or any thing else that should be gas powered.

Batteries are for flashlights and vibrators.

I wonder why the motor runs backwards? Maybe the pics are flipped but all the props go the wrong way too.

Hey Guys,

I wrote a small article about this on Digg. If you like it, would you mind 'digging' it?
