Hi!

Congratulations to Gernot, Seba, Mark and John!

The event was on a very high level. Gernot did a great job! He had technical problems in 2 flights.. in his first and in his last flight.
In last flight he touched the ground a little bit too hard.... servo gear from one elevator brake..... he finished, You will see it on my videos.

Here You see part of "european dream"

............ first washing/ cleaning, years later.......

Mark cleaning the old Yak from Gernot....

Tomorrow we will upload the first videos of the final flights.

Default Re: European XFC in the bag.

I was lucky enough to see EXFC semifinals and finals live, and must say what a GREAT EVENT Exfc was! I have to participate there after one year for sure !!! This year i saw very hi level flying, all semifinalist putt outstanding routines with super hard maneuvers, few years ago not much top pilots could make them with foamies not talking about 35-40% planes...
In my opinion most spectacular flying was made by Gernot and competitors from USA and Israel, these guys flew borrowed planes , and knowing this routines looked pretty smooth, also EXTREME rolling harriers/ loops inches from ground sure gave WOW points !!!
Also im very happy that i meet in person few RC friends, Jens, John and Ido with Adi, must say all of them are top freestyle pilots but whats more important all are super nice persons!!! Guys looking forward to compete with you next year!
I have, John, Gernot, Seba and Mark routines on tape, soon i will post them on my homepage and here on FG.

By the way i must say i was VERY impressed with less known pilots (Alex, Axel, Fabien, Filippo, Alberto and Daniel) flights, new generation of QS's is here!
