Is there going to be a live feed of the shootout? What about pictures?

Yep, spelled correctly.

For anyone that does not know, Fred is filming everything in HD, and is posting videos each night from the TAS. He is putting in a LOT of time doing this (filming, editing, posting) so people, like me, that can't make it to the shootout can still get a feel for what is going on there. He has a "Flightpass" website, you pay $20 for access to all the TAS video that he posts. He also had a bunch of pre-event film shorts that were, IMHO, worth the $20 alone.

Click HERE to go to the Flightpass page.

Why pay a JACKSON when you can have it here for FREE ? It wont be HD, but it wont be postage stamp sized as Fred claimed either. Major coverage starts Thurs. (the important days)

No live feed... (bandwidth issues) But Videos will be uploaded nightly without cost, as a service to the FG community. There will be daily photo floods coming in hourly.

We as a Team (JAS,QQ,and myself) decided it would be best that we focus on the world championships in Argentina. I know from experience switching back and forth from a pattern plane to a 40% can take some time to get back adjusted with again. I feel that our decision to forgo this TAS was a good choice even though it kills me not being out there. You will see QQ,JAS, and myself back in Tucson next year!!!!

Sweet! Re: HPP

You guys need to watch an HPP production !
$20 is NOTHING in this hobby.
You can watch and save the videos to your computer.
You guys wnting to see precision flying, Fred's already got some practice stuff up in the same HD quality that blows EVERYONE else away.

ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER,
Barry Finck

I will say that I bought the HPP pass and the videos are very nice qaulity. I hope he shoots allot of sequence vids like the one he did of Chips practice round. By the way that 14 year old ultimate looks as good as anything out there.
