Just got home from the second workout of the day. PAINFUL!! I have a blister on the bottom of my foot the size of texas. It runs all under my toes on the pad of my foot. Time for some new shoes I think...

Other than that, it's going well. I am taking Glucosamine & Chondroitin, Glutamen, Men's Multivitamin, Omega-3, and Protein pills...we'll see if they help...
