2006 NATS Wrapup! WGeffon's Take - Page 2

Hello,

Nice article Wayne..I wish I could have been there. Next year for sure. I wanted to throw out some congrads to some of the guys. First Stephen Hamilton for winning the Advance class, 3rd in Freestyle and the Bennett Cup. From what I heard from some of the other contestants Stephen was throwing down some excellent flights. Next Ryan G. for a strong 3rd in the Advance class. Ryan is a first class guy and I had a blast hanging with him at Joe Nall. Next our local Tampa Sportsmans pilots Dave Link earning a 6th in sportsman in his very first Nats. Last but not least John Schroder for his continued efforts to coach and help our many of our Team Florida guys and still make the guys in Unlmited and Freestyle nervous.

It was great to see you guys doing well and having a great time. I look forward to meeting up again at the field for some flights and grilling burgers.

Clean up any mess you leave and by all means dont stain the balsa.

Sure glad I don't have a name like Wayne Geffon so everyone kept their drool and fingers to themselves while Walt built my Yak. She was a virgin when I got her home.
